Ready to Get Wet?
Everything takes practice. Sometimes, we don’t think so. Look at those natural artists, right? Those natural athletes… We’re jealous of them. How do they do that?
They practice.
Luckily, we’re talking about living. It’s already instinctual. The way you live and find your joy is ready to be discovered – and practiced. You see, all those “naturals” do it because they want to – and because they want to, they’ve been doing it for years.
Do you want to live an ecstatic life? Are you willing to practice?
Ecstatic living is risky, I have to warn you. Those dull boring parts of your life are going away. You won’t be satisfied with mediocrity. The part of you that likes your current existence is going to rebel and try to keep things the same.
Instead, you’re going to try new things. You’re going to live more fully. Relax more deeply. Feel more joy. Perceive more things. It will take some practice. It’ll evoke your passion for living. You’ll find what you really want to do and then get good at it. Even better, you’ll figure out who you want to be and how you want to feel – and get good at that.

And, you’ll make mistakes. You’ll learn to make them better. You’ll change. You’ll get dirty and you’ll like it. You’ll slide back into your old ways and kick yourself for it. And you’ll kick yourself for being comfortable there. Then, you’ll dust off and remember: You have the choice to live an ecstatic life.
Sometimes, that can be hard. But practice makes perfect…and in this case, the practice is fun.
Ready to walk into the rainstorm? Jump into the deep end? (Or the shallow end…it’s ok to start small). Come on! It’ll be fun 😉
